Postumous

It’s always a terrible loss when a loved one passes away. A portrait is a wonderful way to honor the memory of a great life. I have done several posthumous portraits for people over the past few years. Unless there are very good photographs of the person, it is always a challenge to paint the individual, so I'm pretty picky about the ones I choose to paint.
